Libro per il Giro dei Sefarim di Simchat Torà - Hakafot

Ringraziando Walter Borghini per il lavoro effettuato per riprodurre il volume in uso a Livorno (molto interessante la nota riguardante la revisione di Moise Ventura ,z.l.,  dietro direttiva di Rav Samuele Colombo z.l. ), se ne allegano le immagini stampabili.
E' il testo tradizionale della nostra Comunità, secondo la composizione del Rav Haim Yosef David Azulay (z.l.).

Psalms Chapter 122 תְּהִלִּים

א  שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת, לְדָוִד: שָׂמַחְתִּי, בְּאֹמְרִים לִי--    בֵּית יְהוָה נֵלֵךְ.	1 A Song of Ascents; of David. {N} I rejoiced when they said unto me: 'Let us go unto the house of the LORD.'
ב  עֹמְדוֹת, הָיוּ רַגְלֵינוּ--    בִּשְׁעָרַיִךְ, יְרוּשָׁלִָם.	2 Our feet are standing within thy gates, O Jerusalem;
ג  יְרוּשָׁלִַם הַבְּנוּיָה--    כְּעִיר, שֶׁחֻבְּרָה-לָּהּ יַחְדָּו.	3 Jerusalem, that art builded as a city that is compact together;
ד  שֶׁשָּׁם עָלוּ שְׁבָטִים, שִׁבְטֵי-יָהּ--עֵדוּת לְיִשְׂרָאֵל:    לְהֹדוֹת, לְשֵׁם יְהוָה.	4 Whither the tribes went up, even the tribes of the LORD, as a testimony unto Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.
ה  כִּי שָׁמָּה, יָשְׁבוּ כִסְאוֹת לְמִשְׁפָּט:    כִּסְאוֹת, לְבֵית דָּוִד.	5 For there were set thrones for judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
ו  שַׁאֲלוּ, שְׁלוֹם יְרוּשָׁלִָם;    יִשְׁלָיוּ, אֹהֲבָיִךְ.	6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; may they prosper that love thee.
ז  יְהִי-שָׁלוֹם בְּחֵילֵךְ;    שַׁלְוָה, בְּאַרְמְנוֹתָיִךְ.	7 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
ח  לְמַעַן, אַחַי וְרֵעָי--    אֲדַבְּרָה-נָּא שָׁלוֹם בָּךְ.	8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say: 'Peace be within thee.'
ט  לְמַעַן, בֵּית-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ--    אֲבַקְשָׁה טוֹב לָךְ.	9 For the sake of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good. {P}

 

Psalms Chapter 12 תְּהִלִּים

א  לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל-הַשְּׁמִינִית,    מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד.	1 For the Leader; on the Sheminith. A Psalm of David.
ב  הוֹשִׁיעָה יְהוָה, כִּי-גָמַר חָסִיד:    כִּי-פַסּוּ אֱמוּנִים, מִבְּנֵי אָדָם.	2 Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men.
ג  שָׁוְא, יְדַבְּרוּ--אִישׁ אֶת-רֵעֵהוּ:    שְׂפַת חֲלָקוֹת--בְּלֵב וָלֵב יְדַבֵּרוּ.	3 They speak falsehood every one with his neighbour; with flattering lip, and with a double heart, do they speak.
ד  יַכְרֵת יְהוָה, כָּל-שִׂפְתֵי חֲלָקוֹת--    לָשׁוֹן, מְדַבֶּרֶת גְּדֹלוֹת.	4 May the LORD cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that speaketh proud things!
ה  אֲשֶׁר אָמְרוּ, לִלְשֹׁנֵנוּ נַגְבִּיר--שְׂפָתֵינוּ אִתָּנוּ:    מִי אָדוֹן לָנוּ.	5 Who have said: 'Our tongue will we make mighty; our lips are with us: who is lord over us?'
ו  מִשֹּׁד עֲנִיִּים,    מֵאֶנְקַת אֶבְיוֹנִים: עַתָּה אָקוּם, יֹאמַר יְהוָה;    אָשִׁית בְּיֵשַׁע, יָפִיחַ לוֹ.	6 'For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, {N} now will I arise', saith the LORD; 'I will set him in safety at whom they puff.'
ז  אִמְרוֹת יְהוָה,    אֲמָרוֹת טְהֹרוֹת: כֶּסֶף צָרוּף, בַּעֲלִיל לָאָרֶץ;    מְזֻקָּק, שִׁבְעָתָיִם.	7 The words of the LORD are pure words, {N} as silver tried in a crucible on the earth, refined seven times.
ח  אַתָּה-יְהוָה תִּשְׁמְרֵם;    תִּצְּרֶנּוּ, מִן-הַדּוֹר זוּ לְעוֹלָם.	8 Thou wilt keep them, O LORD; Thou wilt preserve us from this generation for ever.
ט  סָבִיב, רְשָׁעִים יִתְהַלָּכוּן;    כְּרֻם זֻלּוּת, לִבְנֵי אָדָם.	9 The wicked walk on every side, when vileness is exalted among the sons of men. {P}
